Clients may cancel their appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount with no refund issued.

What is your Rescheduling Policy?

Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.

Rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of the original booking.

If a client doesn’t show up without prior notice, the full amount of the service will not be refunded.
